Email Rocket provides inbox-placement optimisation technology that works alongside your existing email sending infrastructure. We do not send emails on your behalf; we optimise the conditions under which your emails are delivered.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business. The Service is intended for legitimate commercial email senders only.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Email Rocket to:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or messages to purchased lists
- Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, or any applicable anti-spam law
- Engage in phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
- Reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicence the Service
- Interfere with the Service or its underlying infrastructure

Subscription & Billing
Email Rocket is offered on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal date. Prices are stated at checkout and may change with 30 days' written notice. All fees are in USD unless stated otherwise.
Intellectual Property
Email Rocket and all associated technology, trademarks, and content are the property of Email Rocket LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any IP. You retain full ownership of your email content and subscriber data.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Email Rocket is provided "as is." We make no guarantee of specific inbox-placement results, as email deliverability is influenced by many factors outside our control. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Email Rocket harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your email content, or your violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual (not class-action) basis.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.

Refund Policy 7-Day Guarantee

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind Email Rocket completely. If you purchase a subscription and decide — for any reason — that it's not right for you within 7 calendar days of your initial payment, we will issue a full refund of your subscription fee.
This guarantee applies to your first purchase only and covers the initial subscription charge. It does not apply to renewal charges after the first billing cycle.
How to Request a Refund
Simply email us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with the subject line Refund Request. Include the email address on your account. That's it.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
After a Refund
Once a refund is issued, your account access will be deactivated at the end of the current billing period. You are welcome to re-subscribe at any time; however, new subscriptions are not eligible for the 7-day guarantee again.
Renewals
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. If you wish to cancel, please do so before your next billing date. You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing us — no questions asked there either.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refunds where there is evidence of abuse of the guarantee (e.g. repeated sign-up/refund cycles). We'll always be fair and transparent if this comes up.
